Workshop will be delivered using Zoom platform and requires the use of a microphone and camera to participate.

Pre-registration is required.

This workshop is funded by the Self-Management Program Central East and is FREE to all participants. Participants will also receive a free Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book.
