Regular Council meetings are the most formal setting for Council meetings where members discuss and vote on issues before the Municipality. The proceedings based on Roberts Rules of Order publicly address matters of business, by-laws, policy, correspondence and the general affairs of local governance.

Municipal Council meetings use a Hybrid Meeting Model. Members of the public may attend the Council meetings in Chambers in the public gallery.

Members of Council and municipal staff will have the choice to participate in-person in Council Chambers or to participate via electronic participation.
